I had nothing but good service at Regis. My girl Karen is amazing. And everyone is friendly and kind. I live an hour away so it’s hard for me to get there like I want. Yes great service. Thank you Karen #Good Service

my Fiance and I went last night - we are getting married this weekend and wanted to get a good hair cut and style for the special day. His stylist could not cut a straight line in the back and therefore his hairline is very high in the back since it took her 3 times to get it somewhat straight. My hair (I asked for a trim) looks like a 3 year old grabed a pair of scissors and got me while I was sleeping. But by far the worst was my decision to let the stylist "clean up" my eyebrows. I asked her to "keep them full" and they are pencil thin - and worse still - she took off half of the right eyebrow. I wanted to buy wedding makeup later and when I looked in the mirror and saw my eyebrows (they do not let you look long at your hair or other work done in the salon) I almost lost it. Upon returning to the store they would initially not let me talk to the manager and when she finally came out she tried to say that my eyebrows looked just fine.



Don't waste your time and money at Regis, especially if you have a special day coming up and you want to look good.
