I have tried to give this McDonald's the benefit of the doubt but time and time again their service is poor at best. The door states that dining in opens at 5am. I stopped by at 5:18 and door was locked and the staff stood inside shaking their heads saying not open. Constantly the food is cold and service is very slow. The attitudes of the majority of the early morning staff is poor consistently and it is clear that they do not enjoy their job. One staff member was in the middle of a transaction and stopped to talk on her cell phone. This location needs better management.
I have been treated very badly at this McDonalds on more then one occasion. My orders are for the most part wrong, and the employees are not someone I would hire they are sad looking and have bad attitudes, don't get me wrong there are some who I would have work for me but for the most part most of them would be working else where. My orders have been given to me wrong more times then I can count and I use the drive thru most of the time and don't check my order before I leave the window because these people are so slow I don't like to hold up the next person from getting there order. Forget your time factor in the morning for getting your order to the drive thru customers. I have spoken to somebody I thought was a manger and he said that this McDonalds was a company store not a franchise. It seems to me that no matter weather it is a franchise or company store the quality of service always leaves a lot to be desired. My son has worked at a McDonalds and he said that the level of work required from your cashiers and cooks is not rocket science. But the level of attitudes towards customers at this store is very sad. You need to make sure that your employees understand that with out customers they wouldn't have a job. I now drive a little further from work to get good customer service and less attitude.
