We just purchased a new Legacy from Dan Mann. We had an extremely positive experience. Dan was easy to work with, professional, and seemed like an all around good guy. l did my homework and shopped a few different dealerships (and several different makes of cars), so I know we got a GREAT deal. Everyone at Faulkner, from my first internet contact (Kim) to the finance guy (Kyle) was great to work with and never once tried to pressure us into anything.
Less than 16 hours after the purchase of our new car, the check engine light came on. I was livid- after spending a few months researching cars, and a two weeks test driving, here I was with a brand new car and I was yet again heading back to the dealership. The service department was very nice, and felt genuinely bad for me. While I am still upset I had to waste two hours dealing with this, my anger is directed towards Subaru of America, not Fulkner. I feel the service department went out of their way to help me and get me out of their as quickly as possible.
