So our stay was fine after we got there but let me just tell you about the front desk service over the phone. TERRIBLE. So I'm an employee of Hilton so I get discounted rates and so on. I was in a wedding and I offered getting a couple rooms for the bride and bridesmaids the night before the wedding so we could all get ready in a nice place. We were hoping to possibly get connecting rooms or a bigger room just so we had space to get ready together. So I went to the hotel in person and asked about a month before our actual stay if it was possible to book something larger through them since I couldn't find anything available. They didn't even miss a beat and told that if I book a King bedroom and a Double Queen bedroom with my discount and then call the morning of my stay, there was a 90% chance I would get upgraded to suite. Right away I thought it was too good to be true but thought worst case scenario would be we still have two rooms booked. Which was not ideal but it would've been fine. So fast forward to the morning before our stay. I called and a lady named DONNA picked up. I simply explained our situation and asked her if it was possible to get upgraded to something a little better. This lady, with the most rude tone in her voice, started nearly yelling at me and telling me "you're a team member, why on earth would you even think you're allowed to do that?!". And I've gotten upgrades before so I was definitely surprised. And she went on making me feel like some kind of idiot because apparently I should know better and not ask such stupid question. She ended up directing me to another representative, who wasn't as rude but did not help me whatsoever with my situation and she kept telling me that I need to figure it out online. And I tried to tell her I already booked the rooms online and there's no option to find something nicer there. I tried asking if I could speak to a manager, but she just said "I wouldn't push something like this if I were you." But I wasn't trying to push anything I was just trying to understand why I'm being yelled at for asking a simple question. I didn't get the representative's name, but if you see Donna at the front desk, I wouldn't approach her for anything.**I will add that the person who helped us with our bags was very friendly and extremely helpful since I came from out of town and did not know the area very well. I don't remember his name but he had longer blonde hair and was probably in his 20s.

The location of this hotel was fantastic. It is so convenient to down town. Everything is within walking distance.
This was thee worst hotel I have ever encountered. It was filthy and quite frankly I believe is not up to code. Neither the fridge or microwave worked, and even after informing the office nothing changed. The woman was very rude and short for no reason. Also my things were put outside at 11:05 when I notified management I was on my way to pay for my room another night. When reviewing my belongings things were missing, now I do understand it was left outside but when I notified staff half of what went missing was returned, so why was anything taken at all. It's the most unprofessional place. I recommend u sleep in your car before subduing yourself to hell. I will be seeking some assistance since notifying management of my still missing belongings, roughly $150 worth of items. I don't deserve this and will get vindication.
Rooms were not up to par with housekeeping, (bathroom toilet area was disgusting!) Linen was by far needing replaced! (Wore down) there seem to be only one housekeeper for entire Establishment! Owner refused to wash linen threaten to charge $70 to replace if I didn't wash myself! Never will I ever return to such a poorly ran Establishment!! Oh I took the linen to the laundromat as if it was my job? $60 a night for what?
Hotel is in a superb area. The rooms are overall very nice. Pricewise, I'd say the rate was good. This is a great place to stay at and worth staying at if you're in town.

Our car had mechanical problems. We were granted a late check-out so that we had a place to stay until our car was ready. When we found out that the car would not be ready that day the hotel extended our stay and gave us a discount. The hotel did everything they could to make our ordeal as pleasurable as possible.
Stayed at this hotel for New Year’s Eve and it was fantastic. We could walk to the restaurants on Second Street. Having breakfast the next morning was an added plus as well.
