Good food and comfortable seats. Prices are reasonable. I'm looking forward to returning again soon.
I love going to see movies on Christmas day and decided to make this years movie trip a little more special by going to the ipic theater. My husband purchased our $19 each tickets online ahead of time not realizing that you get a better price if you become a member. I read over the website and…

This is my favorite theater in Austin. It shows foreign and artsy films that the mainstream theaters do not show. It is easy to get to and park and there are great restaurants within walking distance. The only problem I have with this theater is that the lobby can get noisy and the staff some…

I am in love with this movie theater. I love their queso and chips. Their seats are comfortable. It's clean. The staff is very friendly. Keep up the good work Flix. One of these days I'm going to bring a designated driver so I can really enjoy the movie.

Great place to watch movies and have dinner! The Porky's pizza is the best and so are the hot wings. If you're going opening night, get there at least an hour early, the lines can be long and you want to get great seats.
The Alamo Drafthouse at the Ritz will be playing An Audience of One March 30th and 31st. It's a funny, yet chilling documentary about a pentacostal minister whose vision of a big budget film goes wrong. It's an intriuguing look into the lives of people whose faith drives them to do crazy things.…

You would think, especially with their proximity to UT, that this IMAX would balance the Texas educational presentations with popular mainstream movies. But unfortunately Austinites still have to drive to San Antonio or Houston in order to see the major marketed and anticipated IMAX movies. Sad …
MYE is very family oriented and friendly. There hasn't been many places where I could take my family to go bowling, skating, movie, and eating in one location. I enjoyed the facility very much and the satff was friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this location.
30. Howard Theatre
I took my two teenage grandchildren to movie at the Howard because I wanted them to experience a small to theatre. Wow were we surprised and delighted. Might be old on the outside nut it is state of the art on the inside. Great sound and comfortable seats. We loved the experience. Thanks for a…
Was the first to pre-purchase my tickets on Fandango for opening night of Dr. Strange. When I arrive the first shift manager Alex Haugen informs me that they had to move my seating. The new location was less desirable than my original purchase. When I asked how they were going to make it right, they said they could do nothing. I had to prompt them for a concession stand free soda as compensation and they rejected that as well. To make matters worse when we walked into the theater to watch the movie, my original location was unoccupied the whole time. I informed the evening manager Cody about the event and he was equally unimpressive in his customer service skills. THey were quick to blame their General Manager Ann Osche, but they were equally quick to give me an customer complaint number which sends you to que. There are many theaters to use in the local area. Highly recommend avoiding this one. Their customer service is the worst.
A kickass experience every time! The only way the family enjoys going to the movies. Keep up the excellent viewing experience!
Super, Super Awesome!!1!Valentina so so nice and might I say, cute. Employees all very friendly and can work together even on the most stressful opening nights! She'll be supervisor one day..god loves us! #blessed
You can't beat a $2 matinee. Comfortable seating and cherry-vanilla Dr. Pepper. What's not to like?
I love this movie theater! It's great when you have a movie you weren't crazy about, but still want something to do that is cheap. The movies here are only $2 and they are constantly changing which movies they are showing. It may take a few weeks for the brand new movies to reach this theater, but for the price, you can't beat it. I've never seen the theater busy or packed, so plenty of room to find a seat and the seats are very comfortable.
nothing too special, the decor is pretty lame, but I mean, it's a pretty cheap movie theater, especially on Tuesdays.
