An American Animal Hospital Association awarded merit small animal hospital with an extremely diverse and talented veterinary staff whose objective is to take a very caring approach to you pet's health. Each veterinarian excels at his or her own expertise. Receptionists are warm and friendly on the phone and in the office. Veterinary technicians and nurses provide a thoroughly competent approach in veterinary care. The facility is clean and a delight just to visit clients with their loving pets.

I just had my kitty neutered here. I brought him in at 8 am and took him home the same day at 12:30. The veterinarian called me to let me know the surgery went well and my kitten did great. I have been taking all my pets here for years because they are the best!

I took my cat here several years ago. He was very sick. My regular vet thought he might have a bowl obstruction but they were closing for the weekend. They suggested Harper Woods Vet. Spoke with Dr. Doppke, who looked at his x-rays from the other facility, then did lab work and an exam to determine he was not a great candidate for anaesthesia. His urine function was off, his body temperature low and he had a heart murmur. They kept him over the weekend, warming him and giving him IV fluids. By Monday he was eating and eliminating waste again! If he had had the (unnecessary) exploratory surgery at my regular vet (who didn't do those other tests) he may not have survived. But now he is happy, healthy, and purring besides me today!

Great place...been taking all my dogs and cats there for years! Doctors are very caring and prices are reasonable.

Worst experience ever. Took my dog having her first litter there this morning and no one seemed to answer our questions without handing money in there hand first. When all was said and done, got no help and only attitudes. Receptionist was EXTREMELY rude as if I awoken her from her sleep. Very very disappointed. HOPEFULLY your experience is better.
