I wish I could give less than one stars. This place was awful. I asked for a specific shape of nail. All she did was cut the sides with a nail clipper and she charged me 10 extra dollars for it. I'm not upset about that though. When I was done, my nails were CROOKED and she refused to shorten them even though I asked her TWICE prior to do so. This place is FILTHY and they have absolutely no sense of customer service. When I went home, I had my entire family commenting on how horrible they looked. I had to go to another nail salon to fix them which was just another expense. DONT BE FOOLED BY THE CHEAP PRICE! You will leave with crooked, uneven nails that will lift after a few days.
Very friendly staff. The technicians were fast and did an excellent job. Their designs are outstanding. Best experience I've had in a long time.
My nails where damaged from City Nails The nails fell off taking most of the nail with it. Calvin was extremely gentle and did a great job with the little of my nail that he had to work with. The staff are friendly and service oriented.

STAY AWAY OR RISK DISEASE. This salon was covered in filth, I've never seen such a dirty technician's station. Even the technician's hands were unwashed. They were so rude and insulting to me I left crying as they shouted sarcastic, mean remarks out the door at me. So unprofessional, I don't know how they stay in business. The health department needs to shut this place down.
Excellent service...gentle, quality work...friendly atmosphere. Have gone to other salons in the area and the experience at QN far surpasses any of them. Will always go to QN.
I GOT CHARGED EXTRA AND WHEN I CALLED THE SALON TO ASK FOR A MANAGER, HE INFORMED ME THE MANAGER WAS NOT IN. LATER ON AFTER EXPLAINING TO THIS FOOL MY SITUATION, I ASKED WHEN THE MANAGER WOULD BE IN AND HE SAID, HE WAS THE MANAGER. FIRST, THEY LIE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS AND DID NOT SHOW NO CONCERN ABOUT MY REFUND. BBB HAS A COMPLAINT FROM ME REGARDING THIS SORRY A** BUSINESS!
