Current management is very hands on and proactive. Pool is nice too.close to biking trails, north east side of Harlingen, can't get much better, with mature trees, park and schools close. ACT and Dish network within walking distance for job opportunities.Neighbors are nice and the kids laugh alot. Pet friendly, with lots of walking area. Close to VA hospitals and Valley Babtist, Su Clinica. I ride my bicycle to VA appointments, 15 minutes away. Transit bus stops here too.Tennis courts across at park, ducks and more ducks at the pond,
