Simplicity Bank

Do not use this location for your banking needs. I have had an account for 10 years with this bank. I have always allocated a small portion of my paycheck to my account. A few months ago, I decided to allocate my entire payroll. I have had to walk into the bank a few times, and the ladies who are in there are rude, caddy, and downright unprofessional. I needed a new card and Rachelle Sintilian (dont know exact spelling) assisted me. She was extremely rude and made me feel as if I was bothering her. Upon leaving, she made a point NOT to thank me or say "goodbye" or "have a nice day" The manager isnt any better. She neglected to tell me their bill pay is through a 3rd party and took much longer than expected to get to the payee. I went into the branch and ask for the $5 fee to be waived. The manager refused to do so. Who does that to a customer of 10 years? There are many more stories to discuss, but in summary, I HAVE MOVED MY ACCOUNT AND BECKON YOU TO STEER CLEAR OF THESE CHILDISH, TEENAGE BEHAVING people at this branch. I may not bank with this bank ever again. Especially not this location. It all stems from me calling corporate to complain about them being rude on various occasions. DO NOT BANK HERE......
