I absolutely love the place! They are many different types of people there that workout from all types of back grounds. There is a trainer anywhere and whenever you need one. They are splendid people to work with, they will help you out 100% to get your weight loss, or muscle build on. Management is great! Tori is an awesome manager and most down to earth lady. Their trainers can take you above and beyond what you want out of any gym. Hands down they have the best staff. They will keep you on your toes and they help push to be the best. One of the best places I have worked out at.
I really like everyone there. They are pleasant, and most of the members are like me...non-gym rats. Just ordinary people trying to get in some exercise. The cost is great! They have a great water massage and tanning room if that's your thing. I have a great trainer with a Master in Sports Medicine I think they said. I like that it's not crowded, and I don't feel self conscious. I have a medicare plan where I could get free "Silver Sneakers", but I like BN better.
Terrible Management. I had to cancel the account after witnessing all employees, including the manager, Ryan c. run and hide behind the wall and eventually sneek out of the building in his red converse and his skinny jeans.
I was suppose t have an appointment to make changes to mine and my boyfriends memebership, after being overcharged and changing personal training. Once the employees realized that there might be a problem they all ran and hid, except for Blake who was very professional and really should be the manager. After finding out that most people are newly hired, I so understand no one wanting to stay there.
My daughter, son-in-law, boyfriend and myselfhave all cancelled the memebership. I would rather pay more to have professional then what I saw happen at the happy Valley location.
This company really needs to look at the employees and their management, after they get done sneeking around to NOT confront unhappy customers.
