McClaren Heat And Cool

We won't be using McClaren again. Sean, the technician, was incredibly rude and made me feel very uncomfortable - borderline unsafe. I didn't like this technician last year and I certainly didn't like having him in my home this year. I'm not sure why I didn't act on my instincts and find another company last time. I won't be making that mistake again. He seemed to go out of his way to make me feel stupid for the questions I asked and then didn't even bother to actually answer the questions with anything more extensive than 'Yeah' or 'No'. Since our furnace continues to work I'm willing to give McClaren a 3 for the work quality: not great, but not bad, average. I would recommend you find someone else to work with.
