Quite possibly the WORST experience I have ever had with any company of any sort. The staff are rude and unaccommodating. They literally have lost all of my paperwork two times. I have NEVER been able to receive updated equipment when it was time to replace them because they have never established contact with my insurance company. If it was not for Marcia, the only contact that has been positive (and she is terrific!), I would never return. Even my primary care provider has stopped referrals to them and has cautioned me about how many of their other patients have struggled with this very unprofessional, disorganized facility. I began my affiliation with them last September, ten months ago, and still have not resolved these issues. If you are looking for a referral, run, don’t walk to another provider.
I've been using this pharmacy for more than 20 years. The pharmacist and his staff are kind, courteous and always willing to help with any questions or concerns that may arise. Hanover, Pa. Is truly blessed to have such a wonderful pharmacy.
Do not switch to here. They never get my refills ready on time. The one male pharmacist actually gave CORPORATE an attitude when they did a 3 way call. CORPORATE apologized for his attitude. I get nothing but crap every time I need a refill or need my script ON TIME. An hour wait for a refill when they mess up is crazy. The one bearded guy ( alex I think his name is) who works there is the only one worth anything Imo. If I could switch I would. I hate it there because of the constant monthly headache from them.
I got my hair cut at Ulta. The girl who did it did an awful job. She had no idea what she was doing. I do not recommend getting a hair cut there. The girl I went to was more expensive than the other sylists so you would think that meant more quality service. If that is there quality service, then I would hate to see what any of the other sylists under her are like.
I normally go to the Ulta in York, PA where the customer service is outstanding. But I was in Hanover, & I wanted to check something out. When I entered the store I was not greeted by any of the ladies that were working. They all were just talking amongst themselves and two families that were in there to see them I was in there for a good half an hour and not one time was I greeted or asked if I needed any help. I did get quite a nasty look from one girl who really needed to fix her makeup.

I waited a half hour to get a prescription filled, watched the pharmacist help over 20 people and did not even try to get my prescription placed. Will NEVER go back here again. Not to mention that I waited 5 minutes at the desk before even talking to the pharmacist... Why? Because he was outside smoking a cigarette. What a waste of time and energy.
Terrible costumer service..tattoo chick. Wouldn't let me even come to counter to look because I had my teenage son with me. very rude. Will never shop here. SS vape..very friendly. .all sales people. .smokers paradise..very friendly..

Will not fill some legitimate prescriptions from doctors who's waiting room has a dedicated entrance into the pharmacy and they don't stock some common medications at all. We are expected to put up with this from pharmacies when it comes to pain killers, because of potential abuse or theft, but I have a feeling if it were blood pressure medication that was subject to abuse or theft, they'd still stock it and simply take whatever precautions they needed to take to ensure patients have access to the medication they need. People in intense chronic pain are easier to discriminate against, for whatever reason.
