If I could rate this no stars I would! I have had issues with this same store three times now. Each time the customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. First time I contacted an employee to help me see if there was a pitcular bathtub faucet I was looking for. The employee said they had to "go look for it" and insturcted me to stay but near the special order counter top area.One hour and fifteen mins later I kid you not I had asked two other employees if they knew what the hold up was during this time. They assured me that they were sure the first employee would be back shortly. Finally after 1hr 15mins!!! Another employee notified me that the original employee looking for my faucet had went home due to it being the end of his shift a half hour ago. This employee said he would be with me shortly, I left. The second time I only went in due to the fact that we ran short on supplies while tileing a floor. Not one employee spoke to me when I was in the store. The cashier was rude and obviously didn't want to be there. Third time I called in I had seen an appliance there when I was in for the tile supplies. I figured i would pick it up at another store later on, but couldn't find the same product. So upon calling the operator directed my call to appliances five times. No answer the sixth time I called back in the operator said she would see what the hold up was. I was placed on hold then directed yet again to appliances. This time the man answered very rudely. I asked if they had any of the iteam I was looking for in stock. The man very nastly said oh you mean the ones that we clearenced out at the beginning of the week? Then he scoffed like I should have been aware that this applience was placed on sale after I had been in the store. I said I wouldn't know are there any left if so can you hold one for me and asked what the new price was. He said he wouldn't know and hung up. Needless to say,they have lost my business directly in the middle of a full remodle of my house. I'll go to lowes where im greated upon coming in the store. Asked if I need assistance and where employees are eager to help me find what I've come in for. If the local hanover,pa lowes doesn't have what I need in stock I'll gladly take the trip to the lowes in Westminster,M.D. before going in Hanover home depot again.
