Very Rude Nurse! Kristen, I think (tall blonde and mean). Just rude and ignores both patient and family. Doctors make you wait for 4hrs with little to no updates on what was decided to be Loboral pneumonia! They tell you stay hydrated, but offered no fluids in over 6hours that I was there! Just mean people! Insurance snobs for sure, United wasn't good enough I guess?
