Wow!!! What can I say?...My computer was slow and was in a reboot loop which made it virtually useless to me. I called Gary via an ad that I saw in the Merchandiser here in Hanover and it was nothing but a positive experience from start to finish. Very HONEST and knowledgeable and he didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't want or need on my computer. He did recommend a few things that he felt I might be interested in and the best part he spent time explaining what they were and how they worked to me (Who's not real computer savvy). Today, I literally have a new computer and its set up just the way I wanted it to be

After receiving loading errors on our computer that would not allow us to do anything, we went to the Merchandiser, read the ads for computer services, and prayed we could trust the one we called.
