Waited almost 2 hours for appointment that was schedule over a month in advance. Staff is friendly and courteous but it feels like the Wal-Mart of dentistry. It's about quantity not quality. They treat the masses. I would recommend a private dentist hands down.
Don't send your worst enemy there. Horrible overpriced place in a commerical building. Costs you twice what a normal traditional dentist costs. Glad I got a second opinion. Horrible people to deal with. Wouldn't release usable xrays for my new dentist, even though they're paid for with no bill due. Horrible horrible horrible.

Provided by Citysearch -I had my first appointment there today and I have to say the customer service was excellent!! Everyone was so friendly,as soon as you walked in the door you felt welcomed. I highly suggestion for your dental needs you go to Aspen Dental in Hanover,PA 17331.
