I went to deans and bought a 2006 Mustang and i took it back several times and told them there was a banging noise in the front end of the car and they said it was nothing ,so i kept driving the car and was out one day driving on 30 to lancaster with the top down and started banging worse so i got off and went to carmax and asked if the could check out the front end for me and the guy did and said look at this the sub frame was coming out from under the car.so they then ran the vin number and the car was in a major accident it hit a bridge head on and when we bought the car deans sales people showed a carfax no accident on it so be careful not to much of a good dealer ship there and i even got a print out of the carfax and they said oh well its not coming up on our computer and i was into to the car for over 19,000 plus lost my trade in of my Toyota highlander so i wouldnt get anything from them crooks they wouldnt do anything about it so i contact the attorney general office
Got a car from Bob, he told me he had fixed the front end and never did now 3 mouths after I have it, can't be driven bc it's going to take 800. To fix it and Bob out of Hanover will not make good on this program that's been there..... wish I new the me # would call the Co owner and let him know how Bob is selling juke
If you are looking for a used vehicle look at a dealership that provides warranties, not that crap they have, the sales people just force you into crap and they are way over priced for what you get. Just trust me I learned the hard way. My car had transmission issues and a bent engine mount. I complained not even a month of having my old car and NOTHING was done. The best place to get a vehicle is Koons Toyota or Hanover Toyota. They are the best and the most professional employees
First of all do more research about them!Look up Bob on A WEB SITE called Safe Cart. It will give you a back round check, and this is PUBLIC INFORMATION! His address is Public as well! DISTRICT COURT FOR FREDERICK COUNTY, MD. I found all this information on the Internet as Well, again PUBLIC INFORMATION! CASE NUMBER: 2U00076652. I think you will find it very informative! Robert Layne Leveille. PUBLIC Information. Also to make sure your Vehicle checks out ask for the VIN#, and do a CAR FAX, Or use AUTO CHECK, again Public Information, it cost , but all worth it in the LONG RUN!
Top notch! they work with you, be reasonable with the prices and put you in the vehicle you want and can afford.
Very nice when I bought my vehicle. We drove it home, garaged it and did not drive again for almost a year. Today, with 0 miles put on, it took $600 in repairs to pass inspection. Really? Deal here with extreme caution.
Trying to get information on the warranty they provided, if it was in house or what? Now that I believe they went under, my car is acting up.
This place is the worst place to get a car! I have had nothing but problems with my car and they don't fix anything right! They still owe me also!
After being strung thru the mud at other dealer's we went to dean's auto plaza and with there honesty and excellent customer service we were able to make a deal. There staff listened to what we wanted, what we could afford and what we needed and they were able to get up into our new truck within the hour we were there. We have had this truck for a few weeks now and it is wonderful.
