I never take my car anywhere else. Very trustworthy and honest. Very professional and my car is always finished within a reasonable amount of time.
DO NOT use the service department! They are rude and unprofessional! I have been trying to get an appointment for a recall since last July!! When I called this week I was treated badly with yelling and screaming "we can't do anything"!! They were claiming that NO ONE has the recall part! It has been almost a year that I have been waiting for this part..I called Subaru in Frederick and was treated with excellent customer service and I have an appointment to fix the recall in three weeks. I would highly recommend to everyone to go to Subaru in Frederick for all of your needs!
Recently purchased two new cars from this dealership. Information provided allowed us to make informed decisions about models and accessories. Friendly, top-notch follow-up and subsequent service. Like dealing with family.
Rude, Arrogant, Unfriendly service center. Mazda was NO help when a nail went in my tire and we were stuck in PA for the holidays. I would HIGHLY advice to take your business elsewhere.
RE: Arliss (service manager). I was skeptical at first because I don't associate with dealerships for obvious reasons, but he and this place did me right. I live in York and drove to Hanover Nissan as opposed to Apple Nissan which was much closer and have absolutely no regrets. The only dealership in the world that I trust! They are very courteous, hard working, but focused and relaxed. I would trust/recommend Hanover Nissan again. Great attitudes, helpful, and best of all, not trying to nickel and dime me to death! God bless you guys!
Cheapest shop in town. Mechanics are very educated. And extremely polite. My number 1 shop
Owner operated! Very honest!! Great experiences with this shop. Highly recommended.
best service good price and honest
I was really looking for a Honda or Toyota and stopped into Lawrence Subaru in Hanover because they had a pre-owned Toyota. The salesman Joe was very low pressure and mentioned a used Impreza there on the lot. I asked him where the Honda and Toyota dealerships were and he was kind enough to point me in the direction. The Honda salesman actually sold me on the Subaru brand by telling me that Subaru owners are fanatical about their cars. That they take pictures of themselves with their cars, cry when they have to trade them in and name them. Well, I want to feel that way about a car too. That stayed in my head for a few days as I looked around. Corollas and Civics were everywhere but I couldn't find another impreza for sale like the one at Lawrence's for the price and mileage for 100 miles around so I decided to buy it. Joe was very helpful and easy to work with. He did everything he said he'd do and even held the car for a day until I could come over with my trade in car and the money. Oh yeah, because it is small, cute and blue I named it the Smurfmobile.
