Went to sprint from verizon due to fluctuating billing from Verizon. I live and work on south shore of Massachusetts and I have continuous dropped calls, no service and data was a crap shoot at best to get online. I called and reported constantly and was only told to shut off my iPhone 7 Plus to get better service. NOT! Signal was still weak and data was non existent. I finally smartened up and went back to verizon last week and now have no problems using data nor do i ever get a dropped call in my area. Now sprint wants their phone back, $593 and another 198 for getting out of contract.. (I am not in contract just leasing phone).If i give phone to Verizon they want an additional $604 which Verizon will pay off on their buy back program. Sprint is one of thee WORST carriers i've ever done business with.. "I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO SPRINT ESPECIALLY IF THEY LIVE IN AREA AS I DO"I would go to one of those crappy pre-paid phones before i use sprint again. To hell with you Sprint!!
