I have to say that I know for a fact that you could not ask for any better service. I had major back surgery and needed help for a ecig and Kathy Hinds went all the way to help me she is a wonderful manager and has a very caring heart and is outstanding in her job. You hardly meet people any more who runs a business and is really caring for her customers. I even went back and she asked how I was doing and you don't meet people like that anymore. She is a wonderful person and has a great customer service. For those who say there not happy about the service do not understand she is doing her job as a manager and you can't blame her for doing her job. I thank God for meeting her and her help. She is wonderful at her job and I believe other managers should be like her. Thank you Kathy and your team for your help and kindness. You run a great store and have what it takes to run a business. I recieved an ecig, which lasted2 days. I attempted to exchange it, the ride lady told me it was supposed to be like that (broken?) Then acted like i was a fool and wasnt using it properly, and finally when she tried for herself, i was told it was "bad", but she wouldnt exchange it bc i wasnt the " original purchaser". Horrible lady. Awful service. And...they dont even stand behind the crap they peddle. No way i will ever go there again.
I have bought 4 refillable rechargeable e-cigs from this shop. All of them broke. I took the e-cigs back once I gave the e-cig to the shop to give back to the vendor so it would be sent to manufacture to be able to make better. Today I took the last 2 due to the same problems and I felt like a thief and a liar. If I knew why they broke do you think I would have bought them in the first place. I will not be returning again.
