Let me start by saying that I have a 2013 Mercedes Benz, I went to the car wash just to get a simple wash and interior wipe down. It took 2 hours to get it completed, I came out expecting 2 hours worth of perfection. I usually wash my car on the weekends by hand with a quick was. But no, that's not what I got. I come out to a bug splattered car and had them RE wash the front because it wasn't even hard to get off. They chose to skimpband pass over it. But that was the good, now it's time for the bad. I was upset but keep my calm when i noticed gouged in the paint on my hood, chips in my windshield, across the top of the roof and chips in my sunroof. I asked calmly to see the manager. I was told he was on lunch and would be back in about 30min. I waited patiently for him to return, while I was waiting a man walk up to me and asks if this was my car. I. Replied with yes I'm waiting for the manager for the damages done to my car. He got very angry with me saying that it couldn't possibly be them, that the car was like that when it came in, then this man walked away mumbling and seemed very upset that I even mentioned it. It wasn't until an hour later that I asked when the manager was going to show, I was told that I had already talked to him. I then realized that that angry person was the manager, and I had become a victim. I am informing all who go to the island car wash on 12th and lacy, they do not care about there job, they do not care about your car, they especially don't care if there negligence caused thousands of dollars in damage. DO NOT HAVE THEM WASH YOUR CAR...

If I could give one star, I would. I am currently pursuing a case via small claims court with Waterdrops because they refuse to honor the full replacement of my drivers side mirror which was damaged in their carwash on 11th Ave in Hanford. The incident was viewed on camera by Waterdrops and they won't replace the mirror, they will only cover half of the quote they received. Do NOT go there! The posted sign does not void their responsibility with this damage. The business is encouraging me to address this through Small Claims Court instead of honoring their "quality customer service". Not BBB accredited - probably because with the way they run their business, it wouldn't last.
I bought a brand new car which I took to Water Drops for a wash...I am a regular customer since they opened...but on 8/6/14, my brand new SUV was damaged & the manager stated their wash doesn't scratch. Basically the message was too bad for you....and if it was a vehicle that had been around a while I would not mind, but it is brand new from the dealer! I will no longer be a customer...so sad!
