        I was very impressed with Sears service. Everyone involved from the initial phone call to the actual day of service was outstanding. Customer service people were polite and very helpful. A time was set up for service immediately the next day. So happy I added the service plan.

        Overall

        The repairman showed up on time, was extremely courteous, and went above requirements to help. I highly recommend Sears warranty. I have never had a bad experience with their technicians.
