Terrible customer service. IRESCUE lost or misplaced my SIM card to my personal business phone. Upon notifying Irescue I was told it was not possible for them to lose SIM cards because they test all of their phones upon completion of work. IRESCUE solution was to have me contact my carrier to have them replace my SIM card. Lost all of my personal and customer contacts. Fortunately AT&T was able to restore all of this information. Lost me as a repeat customer and I will refer people elsewhere.
