Pembroke Auto Group LLC Their cars are NOT reliable. I recently bought a car on February 22nd 2018. Used my tax return to try and find a good car as I’m a single mom and need a good vehicle for my kids and I. Well...that was not the case. Do NOT ever trust an inspection sticker from low end dealers like this one. Almost $1300 needs to go into the vehicle I was promised was a great car, just to pass inspection legally. I took my 2013 Hyundai Elantra I bought from them to the priority Hyundai dealership to fix a recall on it and then put new windshield wipers on. They said one of my tire sensors was bad and needed replacing. So I made an appointment today, March 6th, 2018 to have it replaced. While the mechanics had it up, they found all these issues that shouldn’t have even passed inspection in the first place. The Hyundai dealership said to call the state troopers and report them. I had called and messaged the Pembroke auto group to tell them about the findings and they just cursed me out. Well, thats not professional. I will be taking you to court for falsifying an inspection sticker and I will get my money back and I will be looking into shutting you guys down for good so y’all can’t steal money from innocent people ever again! Especially from a single mother who relies on transportation to go to work, pick up my kids, take them to school etc.

I brought my truck in for a diagnostic and after almost 2 weeks of the having my truck they found there was no issue after running a charging test and battery test. A few weeks later my truck broke down and was taken to B&L Alternator & Automotive and they said my Alternator wasn't operating correctly. They replaced it in half a day and now it runs perfectly.
I VERY DISAPPOINTED ,AT THIS POMOCO COLLISION CENTER,MY CAR WAS BROKEN INTO WHILE IT WAS STILL IN THE CARE OF POMOCO ,ALTHOUGH I HAD NOT PAID THE DEDUCTABLE YET, and THE REPAIRS WAS DONE,THEY LIED AND SAID I WAS NOTIFIED TO PICK UP THE CAR. IT WAS STILL IN THEIR CARE , I LATER FOUND OUT THREW POLICE CRIME STATICS AND AN EMPLOYEE THEY HAVE HAD BREAK- IN ,THE REP,Ms. Sabrina was very nasty, and un caring, ALSO JUST TALKING N.N POLICE OFFICERS,POMOCO IS NOT A SAVE PLACE FOR CARS.AND I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY PROMOCO COLLISION CENTER , YOUR CAR POSSIBLE WOULD BE BROKEN IN AND THEY WILL NOT PAY FOR THE DAMAGES. Absolutely WONDERFUL service here. I cannot emphasis enough how well they treat their costumers and how great the quality of work is. Sabrina was easy to work with over the phone, polite, informative, etc. She represented the collision center with a friendly face and wonderful costumer service. Marcus was the technician that worked on my vehicle. (I got rear ended and was getting a few dents and scratched out of the back bumper.) He went above and beyond- doing more than expected of him- and now my bumper looks brand new. They were very accommodating with my tight schedule and got the work done fast. A big thank you to the whole team here. Your work is greatly appreciated.

Be aware! Talking over the phone with agreed price does not mean anything to them. The Out the door price will not be the same as soon as you walk into the dealership. I showed the manager, Kerry Law, the agreed OTD of 17,020 from our text messages and he flat out denied that OTD offer and came up with the new OTDs : 18,439 OTD with $1000 rebate and 19,480 OTD with 0% finance. Disappointed.

THIS DEALER OFTEN SELLS ON CRAIGSLIST AND OTHER ONLINE ADVERTISERS AND *SCAMS* CUSTOMERS INTO BUYING DAMAGED VEHICLES.The NI Group took advantage of us! We visited earlier this year while expecting our first child. The gentleman on location decided to show us a 2006 Kia Sorento after we explained we were in need of a family vehicle. After gouging the price of the vehicle when reviewing our situation, he began to pressure us into a sale.We (unfortunately) purchased the vehicle. During the same day, we decided to take a trip to the local supermarket using our newly purchased vehicle. Within five minutes of city driving, the vehicle began overheating. Several local mechanics told us the water pump and cooling system had failed and we were at a loss for over $2,000 in repairs!The NI Group agreed to pay for repairs but was unreachable when the bill arrived. DO NOT TRUST THE NI GROUP.
Stay away from this dealership. They are dishonest people selling cars that don't even operate for the 1st 30 days. They avoid you so they don't have to honor their 30 day warranty & leave you stuck paying on a inoperable vehicle. Very unprofessional group of salesman & the owner as well. Don't do it!!!!! Stay far,far away...... Only issued a 1 star because it required me to. Worst ever
