Maids of Virginia LLC

I hired this company to come to my home to clean prior to Thanksgiving. She came to my home, exclaimed she was overwhelemed due to the size, it's a 3 story townhome (though only 1700 sq. ft.) and that there was no way that she and [another person] would be able to 'clean how she wanted to clean' in the allotted time because she had another scheduled appointment. She showed up late, almost 1 hours as she was supposed to be to my home between 12:30-1pm, and she arrived at 2. This company may be under new management, but the display of unprofessionalism was so unmatched today that I had to review my experience. She reported that she would work with me on trying to 'deep clean' at another time. I wish I would. NEVER AGAIN.

I have been a customer for over 2 years and service with Maids of Virginia has always been amazing! From the owner to the maids I have always had nothing but great things to say about the company. They are puctual, curtious, quick, and do great work!

I tried Maids of Virginia out for the first time this week and loved them. Thank you! Although the maid was about 15 minutes late because of her customer before us, but when she got here she was nice, fast, and good at what she did.
