I brought my truck in for a diagnostic and after almost 2 weeks of the having my truck they found there was no issue after running a charging test and battery test. A few weeks later my truck broke down and was taken to B&L Alternator & Automotive and they said my Alternator wasn't operating correctly. They replaced it in half a day and now it runs perfectly.
I VERY DISAPPOINTED ,AT THIS POMOCO COLLISION CENTER,MY CAR WAS BROKEN INTO WHILE IT WAS STILL IN THE CARE OF POMOCO ,ALTHOUGH I HAD NOT PAID THE DEDUCTABLE YET, and THE REPAIRS WAS DONE,THEY LIED AND SAID I WAS NOTIFIED TO PICK UP THE CAR. IT WAS STILL IN THEIR CARE , I LATER FOUND OUT THREW POLICE CRIME STATICS AND AN EMPLOYEE THEY HAVE HAD BREAK- IN ,THE REP,Ms. Sabrina was very nasty, and un caring, ALSO JUST TALKING N.N POLICE OFFICERS,POMOCO IS NOT A SAVE PLACE FOR CARS.AND I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY PROMOCO COLLISION CENTER , YOUR CAR POSSIBLE WOULD BE BROKEN IN AND THEY WILL NOT PAY FOR THE DAMAGES. WHEN YOU SIGN PAPER WORK IT DO NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT CAR SAFETY,
Absolutely WONDERFUL service here. I cannot emphasis enough how well they treat their costumers and how great the quality of work is. Sabrina was easy to work with over the phone, polite, informative, etc. She represented the collision center with a friendly face and wonderful costumer service. Marcus was the technician that worked on my vehicle. (I got rear ended and was getting a few dents and scratched out of the back bumper.) He went above and beyond- doing more than expected of him- and now my bumper looks brand new. They were very accommodating with my tight schedule and got the work done fast. A big thank you to the whole team here. Your work is greatly appreciated.
Rolanda Brown was awesome. Very caring and hospitable. Everything went smoothly from the time I drove on the lot to the time I drove off. Will definitely go back if I need another car. I love my 4Runner! They had the color and model I wanted. Alex Carver - Financing, was great! Will definitely tell all my friends and family to go to Toyota Priority in Hampton:-)
Be aware! Talking over the phone with agreed price does not mean anything to them. The Out the door price will not be the same as soon as you walk into the dealership. I showed the manager, Kerry Law, the agreed OTD of 17,020 from our text messages and he flat out denied that OTD offer and came up with the new OTDs : 18,439 OTD with $1000 rebate and 19,480 OTD with 0% finance. Disappointed.
Stay away from this dealership. They are dishonest people selling cars that don't even operate for the 1st 30 days. They avoid you so they don't have to honor their 30 day warranty & leave you stuck paying on a inoperable vehicle. Very unprofessional group of salesman & the owner as well. Don't do it!!!!! Stay far,far away...... Only issued a 1 star because it required me to. Worst ever

My husband and I placed a $500 deposit on a vehicle via credit card. When the vehicle arrived to the dealership and after we saw it, we decided not to buy the vehicle. We requested the refund be placed back to our credit card as agreed. One and a half week later, the credit still had not shown up. I phoned the finance manager who stated he got confirmation from the salesman and the receptionist that the refund was credited back to our credit card. Two weeks after that, we still did not see the refund. I called again and asked for proof of the refund and they stated it was never refunded back to us that they had 'dropped the ball'. He apologized and gave me 3 choices of how to handle it. We decided to have them process the refund and if the refund was not received by the time the credit card payment was due, that Tysinger would be accountable for any finance charges that incurred. He verbally agreed and I said I would put it in an email he could confirm back to. I wrote a very professional and accurate email and asked for his confirmation. The finance manager did not reply. He told me over the phone he was having technical issues with his email. He said he would be able to send an email from his phone but would not be able to reply to an email. So I requested another manager's email address for someone else to confirm responsibility to finance charges on my credit card and that manager did not confirm either. Several emails were ignored and the verbal agreement never got confirmed in writing. This company lacks integrity and professionalism. The company did not do as they said they would on more than one occasion with us. I would not recommend doing business with them.
