Ultrasound
We continued to grow in Elizabethton and moved into our current location at 1500 West Elk Ave, in July 2012. The additional space allowed Medical Care to add radiology services including; CT, X-Ray, Ultrasound, DEXA and later 3D mammography. We also expanded our lab services and dispensary (in-house pharmacy).

Radiology
Medical Care, PLLC was founded in 1986 by Dr. Arnold Hopland as a walk-in clinic in Elizabethton, TN. In 1997, we opened our first satellite office in Hampton, TN. As Medical Care continued to expand and add additional physicians and nurse practitioners, the need for additional space arose. In the summer of 2004, Medical Care opened it’s Johnson City office. This location allowed us to expand ancillary services including a moderately complex and CLIA certified laboratory and a full radiology department.
