The phone wrong but when he got done ringing it made a beeping sound in my ear. So do not know what they have to offer or how to get in contact with them.

The customer was best at this location I perviously reserved a car at the airport & of course the rented the car out because I arrived 1 minute late and on top of that there was a recall on all Nissan cars which pushed my driving time back 5hrs from going to 3 other locations in Hampton va & Newport News va as well as calling and being told I would be on a waiting list but this location saved the day they not only had excellent customer service & assured me my vacation can only get better mines the poor service from the other Enterprise employees but I was giving a truck with an awesome discount plus the truck was brand new I will definitely recommend this location
The service was easy and friendly. The best rental car company in Hampton Virginia. The reservation and the check-in process is quick and simple, I spend less time at the counter.
Using this method of ownership is a God sent. Their rates are low compared to other companies. The vehicles are clean and smoke free. All vehicles that I have leased are the currently inspected by them and I inspect as well. They pick me up and return me to my resistance. All of the employees are courteous, articulate, knowledgeable and professionally attired.
I was totally impressed with the overall professionalism of the young staff which is a reflection of the office manager (Andre). The young man who picked me up was very courteous, professional and actually a few minutes early which was ok with me. The office manager (Andre) was friendly and helpful. When I dropped off my rental, the young lady that dropped me off was also professional and courteous. I totally recommend this location to everyone.
I liked being picked up so I would not have to ask anyone to do it for me nor leave my car at the location for days. The computers were really slow that day and I was there for 1.5 hours. The associate asked for my credit card while I was there, then he called me while I was traveling and asked for it again. I was charged twice but it was quickly fixed.
The best customer service EVER!I rarely rent cars, and did not want to. The staff made my experience an excellent experience. Thumbs up all around!
I just wanted to say that I called the phone number to check on a rental.When the guy answered the phone, I asked him if this was Cheap John's Auto Rental and he said NO.
