My classes were wonderful with my instructor Kasi. I learned a lot and I looked forward to each class. Into my third package, classes started to slow and then due to scheduling not enough people were showing to class. Less than three people meant no class, after three + weeks of this I grew pretty frustrated. I paid for classes and they were no longer being held. At this point a good business owner would reach out to it's clients and possibly either shift ones classes, change schedules, offer refund or at least contact them. Myself, three other girls in this class and also several others who's classes where "discontinued" where never informed of anything. One girl who travels from an hour away was never called about cancellations and still after my calling the front desk and being told that I would personally be contacted by the owner. You cannot run businesses like this. It is irresponsible, unfair to customers, and outright elementary to handle people this way.
