We ordered service from Waste Management bc it’s not tied into our water bill like the other parishes we lived in. They take your money upfront ($99 which includes $25 for a trash can to be delievered) for only 1 day out of the week for 6 months. We live in a new subdivision and our address is new so we are currently not on the map, so they say the driver tried to call but couldn’t get a answer to deliver the trash can. That was a lie! I asked, “Y didn’t the driver leave a voicemail bc that’s what businesses do if they call and no one answers.” Poor poor service!!!! I knew I should of stayed away from Waste Management when all the numbers for local business are 1-866(toll freak’n free)! It’s been 2 was now and still no trash can or trash pickup! Now it’s she’s going to talk to her supervisor bc they dont deliver in my city district! How convenient since I’ve been calling everyday for the last 2 wks and a quarter of a mile in the same city district have Waste Management trash cans and I saw them picking up trash this morning! Refund me my money back today!!!!
Been a customer of Waste Management for years. Tried to resolve three matters, had to call 4 times and its still not resolved. The CSR are not empowered to handle challenges so I was they transferred to "supervisor" Tommie in Gulfport. Her Customer Service skills to say the least, do not deserve a score of 1. When I advised her that she was about to lose all of my accounts if the matter was not resolved, she dismissed the comment and wanted to know what accounts I needed closed. Not to mention she was suppose to have her Supervisor call me back and she did not. Cancelling all accounts!
I have been a long time customer with Waste Management. I recently transferred my service to a new location. I have been here for two weeks and they will not pick up my garbage. I have talked to customer service daily. Sometimes I have spoken with them more than once a day. Every time its the same. The people who handle customer service are polite and do all they can to help, They say my garbage will be picked up today every time I speak with them. When I get home from work, it's still there. Customer service has been far removed from the local offices. There is no way to get in touch with the people who are servicing you locally. I have tried. The driver of my route apparently does not know to pick up my garbage and so far there is no way for me to get through to that person, or even the person he works under. I am extremely disappointed with the service of this company and will be taking by business elsewhere.
