Little Caesars Pizza

I tried calling to place my order ahead of time, it was before 4 pm so hot and ready pizzas aren't available. I called numerous times with no answer. I stayed on the phone with their line ringing up until I walked into the store. It was not busy, there was no reason for them not to answer. Ridiculous. Clearly next time I want little Caesars, I will go when they have hot and ready pizzas so I do not have to deal with the terrible service.
