My family and I have been going to Dr. Sue for approximately 15 years. She is extremely knowledgeable and caring. For myself, she has literally saved my teeth from gum disease, which another dentist had missed 6 months prior to my first visit with Dr. Sue. She has done new fillings on my teeth, as well as replacing old fillings and has also done caps/crowns and all that they entailed on my teeth. She's been treating my daughter since she (daughter) was two years old. Daughter's treatment included preventive care, fillings, and braces. She's been treating my son since he was 18 months old; his treatments include preventive care and fillings. I can honestly say that after 30 years of bad experiences at two other dentist offices, Dr. Sue and her staff make sure the job is done right, with no pain or scariness! Dr. Sue and her staff are excellent!! Her staff is always friendly and ready to help, whether it be scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations, fitting you in (especially in emergencies or what one may interpret as emergencies), insurance filing, payment arrangements, etc. Not many dentists answer their telephones after working hours, let alone get back to you, but Dr. Sue has personally answered my telephone calls when an emergency has arisen. I know a lot of dentists are ready to pull your tooth/teeth when a problem arises, just for quickness. Not Dr. Sue! She and her staff are ready, willing, and able to help!
