Called Budd after the company that installed our furnace originally (initials H-M) told us the soonest they could send a techician was eight days! Budd was at our house within hours. The problem was addressed, but recurred -- H-M was called 14 times in eight years for the same problem! Called Budd again. Dave tried what tech support suggested, but that didn't work. However, Dave came up with a solution on his own. Now it works perfectly. In addition, he explained the problem and what fixed it. AND, Dana in the office called several times to check up on us. Outstanding service!
