I don't know what happened to this location but their food quality is poor. The last time I ordered a few Jr bacon cheeseburgers , you would have thought they were a couple days old. That's how bad it was. I thought I spoke to a manager but I was wrong. Whoever I talked to about the order didn't seem to care. The only thing I got was an apology. No replacement. The reason I wrote this review is cause I hope they stepped up their quality of food.
Employees want to argue with you when your order is wrong , manager treats you like their doing you a favor by making your right , on slow nights when you go in the young employees are to busy talking to their friends at drive thru window , only reason people put up with this stuff is because only other fast food we have here is subway and gold star , closes MCdonalds or other place is 12-15 miles away , I'm very easy to please , but they haven't accomplished that task yet
SEEMS TO ME NO ONE AT THIS LOCATION KNOWS WHO IS IN CHARGE. AND DEFINITELY A LOT OF WASTED TIME. ITS LIKE PULLING TEETH FOR THEM TO REPLACE A MESSED UP ORDER. FOR EXAMPLE THE MANAGER WHO ISSUED MY CREDIT DIDN'T PUT MY CREDIT IN THE DATA MAINFRAME. BEING SARCASTIC. ANYWAY THE FIRST TIME I HAD TO CHALK UP AROUND $14. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BRIDGEWATER LOCATION. VERY FRESH HOT AND FRESH. ITS WORTH THE TRIP.
I have been at this place two time now and they still can't get any my orders right
This Goldstar is the worst Goldstar. The chili is watered down and the portions are extremely small. The fountain soda is bad also. The outside and inside of the building is also filthy. We used to eat here 2-3 times per week, but in the past 6 months or so, the place has seriously went down hill.
