Bought truck on 12/27/17. 5 days after picking up Transmission goes out. 13 days after picking truck up radio shorts out. 42 days after picking truck up engine blows. Have not had truck for 2 months and transmission and engine need replacing. Transmission $2200 to rebuild. Radio $200 to rebuild. Cheaper than new. Re-manufactured engine $7500. (NO ONE rebuilds motors anymore. They only install re-manufactured engines. So this reasonably priced truck at $7100 is now going to cost me $17,000. And they offer NO help, do not return phone calls and feel no remorse. They do not check vehicles they buy. They just get them, wash them then sell them and fix nothing if possible.
Read the reviews before you buy from here! I dealt with Anita. I have no complaints about her and I absolutely love the vehicle I purchased from them. It is 9 years old and I do not expect it to be perfect. However, we worked out in the deal for the rear AC to be repaired and for new front tires. I live 3 hours away from this place in KY. Spent close to 5 hours there on a Saturday when we purchased the vehicle. Most of that was waiting on financing for some reason that when questioned about, the answer was "we are trying to get you the best financing". Made arrangements to come back the following Monday to have the repairs done since service was gone when we were done with the deal. I was told the tires would be delivered around 1pm and the other repairs won't take very long. I arrived at 12pm so they could get a jump on the repairs before the tires arrived. I was lied to by the service guy several times while I was there for 5 HOURS waiting on 1 part and 2 tires. Once the repairs were done, they gave me the tires and told me to go to Midas down the road, "they were expecting me". Another lie. Guy at Midas never talked to anyone at this shady dealership and had another hour wait. I wish I would've read the reviews before I dealt with these people.
I also noticed while I was there for 5 hours waiting on my vehicle to be serviced, that every customer that was purchasing a vehicle was there for what seemed like all day as well. This must be common practice for this place. Be prepared to waste a full day here if you want to buy one of their vehicles.
I had intentions of sending some family members to this place to buy their next vehicle. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here!!!
Guys, if you would just spend a little more time and attention to your vehicles and overall process, you would make much more return customers and much less bad reviews. You have the product and potential, just be decent people!!!
This dealership is intentionally ripping people off! I bought a ram 1500 with 63k miles on it, and it was supposed to be in perfect condition. They showed me the carfax with having no problems at all. The next day i came back to buy it and that is where they must have changed it. I tried to trade it in and found out the carfax now say it had frame damage and rocker damage, i also discovered they hid the rust on the fenders with bondo. They intentionally ripped me off causing me to lose 1000s of dollars and i cant recommend them to anyone!
I went in there to look at a car I had seen online...sure wish I hadn't. If you're looking for a car this is NOT the place to look! Just look at all the Negative Reviews...I wish I had! After realizing the car I purchased had MULTIPLE issues I tried to return it 2 days later and Tony totally lied to me saying that he had already sold the car that I had traded in! Imagine my surprise to see it on their web site for sale the very next day... And don't fall for their "Extended Warranties" they actually don't cover anything...(read the small print). The ONLY good thing about this place at all... is a Salesman named Andy. He at least seems to be as honest as he can be working in their Deceptive system... This place sure lives up to the "Used Car Salesman"reputation... So don't make the same mistake I made buying a car from the "International Auto Outlet"!!!! Try to find an honest dealer!
I got the car in March, it was a Mazda speed6 2006 with 101,000 miles on it. I'm active duty army and got the car after a over seas move. 4500 mile warranty on it. At 5000 it started to overheat so the thermostat is new and the water pump is new, nothing changed. So I had it flushed and tested. The head gasket is bad and the head is warped. I'm $4500 upside down on the car and its about $2000 to fix. I also found a lot of 'fix a leak' in the cooling system when I flushed it. So the people where nice and respectfull but the car was garbage from the start because of countless of other problems it had other than what is listed above.
I purchase a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 with approximately 80,000 miles on it. Within 3 months of purchase and less than 1500 miles the engine had a serious breakdown. The engine breakdown was due to a failed lifter. The cause of the lifter failure was due to sludge in the engine. So much for the "ALL ARE FULLY INSPECTED, SERVICED AND RECONDITIONED… 3 MONTHS/4500 MILE WARRANTY" claim from their advertising. Neither one of these things happen. A simple oil change before the sale could have prevented the problem. For next 3 weeks they continued to lie to me. They claim have worked out a deal with Z-Core to offer better coverage. That never happen. If you like to get lied to this is the place to go.
