Frenette's Power Equipment, Inc.

Had equipment serviced - went to use it and had a problem. Brought it back and was told that if we chose to leave it there they had no idea when it would be ready, it could be several months. The worst customer service. Don't waste your time.

Do not even consider bringing anything for repair unless you are a known contractor within their system. Count on your equipment to sit there for a least a month with very little results or none. Very dissatisfied on how they handle operations-will not return as a customer

my first review was written while in a bad mood .I wrote the entire review out of frustration and anger and that was not fair to fFrenette's..I have been using them coming on 20 years now, and they have always stood by their products, ALWAYS... I would definitely recommend this company to anybody and everybody inquiring about this company. at times they are so busy you get frustrated with the length of time it takes for them to complete a job, that's because their reliable and everybody brings their machines to them for repairs and maintenance. I cannot thank them enough for their loyalty. my apologies about my first review which I hope the company will remove from their site. they do not deserve it based on the frame of mind that I was in. my sincerest apologies to Frenette's.Thank you, Michael Crosetti

Never used another exmark dealer and never will, Dave the owner and his staff are the best. From getting questions about the mower, buying parts or repairs they have to make. They are GREAT.

since I have been in the landscaping field, I could always count on Fernettes for anything. It doesn't matter if it was equipment related, referrals for new business, customer service or even price. , Everything about Fernetted is exceptional. In todays world, you get what you paid for. Keeping that in mind all the sales reps are actually mechanic and they know what is good and is bad when comparing mower to mower, chainsaw to chainsaw, blower to blower, and etc. All the rep are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful for anything. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone whether they are homeowners or commercial people like myself.
