I purchased a 2014 Yamaha VX sport waverunner from Appolsons in the summer of 2014, they were great during the sale. When the time came to get it winterized i took it to them because they were the ones I bought the jetski from. When i went to pick it up they said they would store my battery for me during the winter and make sure it was fully charged for me when the time came to summerize the jetski. During the winterization process they were power washing the jetski and the nozzle came off and chipped part of the fiberglass Jerry said come springtime they will pay to have the chip repaired. Spring time hit and i called to have the jetski repaired. It took Appolsons three weeks to have them make an appointment to have the jetski fixed. I had to call them everyday to ensure it was going to get fixed. When it finally was repaired i went to pick the jetski up and they notified me that they lost the battery and could not find it anywhere within their shop. When i went in to the store i was given attitude and was treated like i was a second class citizen by one of the associates. I believe the name was Ryan. Jerry had to order me a new battery and have it shipped overnight and then i had to drive from East Aurora to Hamburg to pick the battery up making a second trip. The customer service was terrible I will never go back to Appolsons again, I will be taking my business else where.

Out on the waverunners in the sunshine got me totally jazzed for riding the snowmobiles when it gets cold again! Jim and Co, I know you'll be ready for us when we storm the doors to get our sled out of storage in the winter time. Until then, loving the warm weather!!!

I just wanted to tell you how much my wife and I enjoyed our experience at your store. My Polaris Jet Ski died, and I called Appolson's and spoke to Frank - He said bring it right in! My wife and I drove 80 miles to drop it off and within a day the Polaris was fixed and the experience was fantastic! The Service dept is very informative and experienced and Frank was just fantastic ! Your entire staff is very honest and I will be back to buy a new Yamaha. Thank You again!!

Three strikes you're out. Visited last Fall and was ignored. Chalked that up to the new winter merchandise being more important than my interest in a scooter. Visited two weeks ago and couldn't find anyone to say more than "there they are". Visited yesterday with my daughter in case my approach was wrong. Wouldn't have made a 3rd trip but I am really interested in a Yamaha People Gti Scooter....and they have it in stock. Walked in asking for help and if I could see the person who knows the most about scooters---was told they are outside. When I clarified that I wanted to buy two---one used and one new I couldn't actually get a salesman to join me to sell me scooter. Women ride too. I just sold my motorcycle and am seriously in the market for a scooter. Not sure what more I would have had to done to get to compare the models. Sadly disappointed in this local dealer.
