VCA Countryside Animal Hospital of Hamburg

I put my beloved cat down this past Monday. During the process I had to sign paperwork. After I signed the paperwork I got asked if I wanted a paw print and I said yes. I picked up my cats remains today and there was no paw print. I went back in and was told I did not initial the line for the paw print so one was not done. I understand there is no undo option but I should have bern asked to initial the line next to the option.

From beginning to end this office is outstanding. The staff genuinely care for our pets just as we do, I would definitely recommend.

We love Dr. Kennedy she has been wonderful. Does a fantastic job with our dog and it is greatly appreciated.
