The quality of the powder coat was very disappointing. It had sags and now the part has a dent in it. Not acceptable for my Harley. I would not recommend them.

This was the first time i have ever used Longhorn Powder Coating and i was very satisfied with the business and level of expertise i recieved. Before having my rims powder coated i called around for the best price and most experience, which of course was Longhorn Powder Coating. The service was excellent ,the people were very pleasant and the price was wonderful.....I would definitely refer Longhorn Powder Coating to family and friends.

Longhorn Powder Coating is very easy to work with! Prices are great! The staff is very knowledgeable and very accommodating with jobs I need in a rush. Size of the job has never been a problem. From tiny single piece jobs to my larger fabrication work for my Business they can do it all. Save yourself the time and stress, go to Longhorn Powder Coat.

Longhorn powder coating lacks integrity

Don't expect quality or honesty from longhorn powder coating, I spoke with a woman "jolen" who specifically stated my parts would be sandblasted, which i assume i paid for because they desperately needed to be for the powder to adhere properly, when I was picking the item up I was talking to the young man who helped me load the part, very knowledgable, informed me that the parts were in fact not sandblasted, but they were hand sanded, these parts were covered in rust, the technician also informed me they do that often because sand blasting is time consuming, not his fault, he said he doesn't call the shots, an I respect his integrity. I would not suggest them to anyone.

While we are sorry you were not satisfied with our service, we wish that you would have brought your concerns to our manager so the situation could be discussed. Every job that comes into our shop is evaluated by our staff, including the sandblaster and the powder coater, to determine what type of surface preparation will work best for that SPECIFIC item. Many factors determine whether an item should be sandblasted or sanded using an orbital air sanding tool. In either case, coatings such as old paint, clear coat, rust and grime are removed from the part and the surface is prepped for proper adhesion. It is then cleaned/degreased and coated with a conversion coating prior to the powder coating being applied. In any case, if you are not satisfied with our service our warranty program still applies to your part.
