I went to get a set of 'solar nails' within the first few weeks of this establishment opening. It is gorgeous inside, but the quality of the acrylic nails is mediocre. A male did my nails and I did NOT like them! He left the edges too thick, etc. The price you pay is not worth what you get...thi…

Honestly if I could rate this location lower I would! Ordered the New Cheesest Pepperoni Pizza and paid the higher price. But they gave me the $5 Pizza. Rip off!!!!! I am going to report this store.

I arrived a Resturant #1780 to pick up an online order that was placed for carry out using a code from T-Mobile Tuesdays. Upon entering this location I was met with INSTANT attitude from the (claimed) manager on duty, Danielle. Danielle thought that she saw me hit her car, while pulling in to park, from the front door. Her first words as I entered were, "Did you hit that car?" Her tone was very venomous. My reply to her question was, "No, I did not hit that car." At this point I am still in a good mood, understanding that I was close to her vehicle while pulling in. The venoumous tone and attitude shouldn't have been present all but since they were they should have stopped there. Instead, she proceeded to state, "Good, because that's my car." Still with much venom in her voice. I reassured her again that her car was not hit by my vehicle and that if it had been I would have left insurance information. I then offered for her to go and check her car while I was still there to make sure everything was in order.Danielle then stated, "I will," again with attitude and with an even more aggitated and bitter tone.At this point I asked for a manager because the way I was being treated and spoken to was unacceptable. I was then informed, by Danielle, I was looking at her. I was appalled to find out that the manger in charge of this location was so unfit for the job. I then asked for the contact information of her boss and was infomed that I could find it on the door and that his name was Joe.I recorded the contact information for the General Manager: Joe Moore for a future phone call. After getting my pizza and walking outside, followed by Danielle, I waited for her to check her vehicle for damages.Danielle didn't find any damage caused by my vehicle. I repeated to Danielle that I did not hit her car. This is where things get ridiculous. Danielle proceedes to tell me that she doesn't care and that my attitude isn't necessary. I was again appalled that my attitude was the one that wasn't necessary after this abhorrent treatment from someone holding a management position.I will not be going back to this location, and I will make sureany and everyone I know, knows about my experience, and follows suit. The reviews, if you care to look them up, already reflect this locations poor management.
Called 6 times until they finally answerd and when we got there to pick up our order the kids working there were throwing baking flower at each other playing around.
Great service and quick delivery. Thank you for opening Papa John's back in Haltom city.
