Noemi didn't hesitate to arrange to have the replacement glass sent. through no fault of Brand Lighting, the replacement piece arrived broken as well. a third shipment was sent and arrived perfect. After placing the order, i had the builder change a wall, so i frantically emailed to adjust the order. The order was adjusted, and was done so immediately, with no questions asked.
