Worst experience no customer service to work with client . Not professional at all. Clean you own car well worth it .
I love this place! They honestly are the best. I never have troubles and they actually want to help instead of over charging for bs. I had a stain in my back seat, I asked the guy if you know how I could get it out and he just sprayed it and the stain was gone! And he didn't even like charge me or anything. The only down fall is that my antenna got damaged and it caused water damage in my car:/ that ended up costing me. So be carefully of your cars antenna.
I got "The Works" wash on March 24, 2015. The next morning while driving East into the sun, it became glaringly apparent that they did not clean the inside of the windshield. I could not return to the car wash until March 24, 2015. By choice, I paid for the least expensive car wash ($9.49) upon my return just to get the inside of my windshield cleaned. However....I pointed out the reason I was back to the female cashier. Instead of apologizing for any inconvenience, or trying to make a very small problem good, she got mad. She told me that I should "make sure" it's clean before I leave. When I tried to explain that that was exactly what I did last time, she got even madder. She tossed my change of fifty-one cents across the counter. I tried to explain that "The Works" car wash INCLUDES "window cleaning and dashboard dusting" per their menu, but she truly could not have cared any less. I realized a bad person was behind the counter, so I went outside to make sure that the inside of my windshield was cleaned properly this time... WHILE I watched. The young man cleaning it was very polite and thorough. He then told me to "watch out for Leanna, she is very mean." I agree. In fact, because of "Leanna," I will never return to this business. And, I will tell ALL of my friends and co-workers of the experience I had here. I'm sure there are many other car washes who do an even better job, but have also done away with a rude little girl sitting behind a cash register giving attitude to paying customers. Remember Full Service Car Wash, the news of a BAD experience spreads much quicker than a good experience. You should really train your cashier to understand that. If she were my employee, which she never would be, she would already be fired. And, I'm quite certain that I am not the first person she has ever been rude to.
I was hired here as a Full time, 40 hr cashier. Victor Cortes, the location manager, immediately made it clear to me "I don't need a Cashier" and sent me home early every chance he could. Well after working 50 hrs in 4 weeks he fired me... Good Luck with your super one man show Vic! I'm glad I won’t be standing next to you when that Karma comes back. And to Dave the owner: I suggest you synch up your staffing plans with your manager before you foist an unwanted new hire on him. Maybe then he won’t view it as an attack on his ability to run the wash all by himself
My husband and I had our car washed at this car wash on March 18. I was very impressed. I don't believe what the previous reviewer said about the owner, Dave Leikam....he was so polite and kind to me and my husband and went out of his way to insure that our car was PERFECT. The cashier, the owner's daughter, was also very friendly and extremely competent. I don't usually write reviews for business', but this one deserved a 10 star rating. I will tell all my friends about the wonderful service at this car wash and will be a loyal customer, especially with the 5 day re-wash and all the other VIP discounts....WOW!!
Always a nice clean wash and friendly smiling employees at Hales Corners. I will continue to get my car washed here. Really need them this winter!
I would not recommend ths place. The manager, Dave Leikam, is rude and obnoxious as is his cashier, Des. Erik the manager, should not be working with customers. I complained to him about an issue and he started yelling at me on the phone. If it was possible, I'd give them place a negative 5 (-5).
This location is amazing. The staff is very friendly and they do a great job all the time. They have a wonderful manager I think his name is Tony that always makes the customer laugh and makes sure the job gets done right. The orices are greatly priced and they offer a free 5 day re-wash with any wash or detail purchase. This is the only car wash I let my car go to.
I had an interior detail job done. It took 2 1/2 hours and when I came to pick up my car, there was a thick layer all over of Armor All that wasn't even wiped up. There were actual puddles of Armor All in the cup holders and middle counsel. Armor All everywhere! My biggest problem was that my seats and carpets were just as dirty as they were before hand. I wasn't expecting perfection but I figured it would at least look better and some stains or basic dirt would come out. Nope. I complained to the girl at the desk and she just made excuses. No apologies. She was rolling her eyes and just being rude like I was bothering her. Before I left the detailer "Billy" came out and said "Oh, here's your driver's license." , and pulled it out of his pocket. I was glad I didn't drive off sooner or I wouldn't have gotten it. When I got in my car I couldn't touch anything including the steering wheel because of the tremendous amounts of Armor All that were used and not dried off. I asked the girl for some paper towels to clean up the puddles and dry the steering wheel and dash and she looked at me annoyed and went to get the detailers. They came out to my car complaining I don't like they way "they roll" and then proceeded to wipe the front of the car down in such an aggressive manner that all the controls were going on and off. As I was driving home I realized they threw away my $5 clip on vent air freshener I bought the day before. I called them when I got home and Tony denied it, made excuses, yelled at me for wanting my stuff back and then told me to come in and get it even though he hadn't found it. He said they usually throw away things in the garbage and he would wipe it off and give it to me. He was incredibly rude even at one point telling me the "conversation is over" just because I wanted to know if it was there before I drove all the way back. It was $95 for the detail with a $20 coupon. There were parts of the car they didn't even clean and you don't even get a free outside wash with it. The worst customer service I have ever received and now I have to take my car somewhere else to get the seats and floors clean. Don't go here if you value your time and money!
