Listen, I never review business, I give benefit of the doubt to a lot of things. Actually, earlier this year I got my vehicle fixed (paid over $2000) and it was running smoothly. Last week, it starting acting up again so I took them to the place that seemed reliable since they did a good job last time I was there (talking about the Haines City location). They were quick to say it was an ignition problem, charged $350, got the job done in 2 hours and sent me home with a "fixed" car. Needless to say, the next day the car had the same problem. Unfortunately, it was the weekend, I had to go to my job. Today, I went there to see what was going on and why I paid $350 for something that didn't fix the problem I'd walked in with and I was completely blown off! As a matter of fact, the man at the counter did not let me finish my questions, too many people around getting their car fixed, they cannot have them hear that they didn't get the job done. I am livid! The man in the counter would only give me one answer "I wasn't the one who fixed it, I can't help you." WELL, FIND THE PERSON WHO FIXED IT AND ASK!!!!!! I asked where this person was and he shrugged and said "He's not here." And just like that, I was sent home with a new bill of $1300 and a broken car. How incompetent!! Fix your costumer service, hire knowledgeable mechanics, or at least some that will admit to their mistakes and fixes them, not ones that send you home when you bring up a valid point. And please hire friendlier people to man the front counter, for goodness sake.

Horrible. The staff was rude and the guy took an hour to do a 15 minute job. Not only that, but they were expensive.

Very Rude staff, and Very rude manager.They have an attitude the minute you walk through the front door Prices are very high for sub par medicore work. Will never go back there again.

These people are decent but lack experience in fixing problems I went to have my A/C fixed and the first time it was fuses, second was a hole in my hose, third time a blockage, fourth time was another issue and still doesn't work. Worst experience ever being in Florida and A/C not working especially being summer time their specialty are TIRES if you have other issues I would not advise you to go to them.

First experience with S&S. Had a bald boat trailer tire. Their price was good compared to other shops. Took me right in, and was done in 20 minutes. Staff was really friendly, and courteous. I will go there again.

AFTER VISITING OTHR PLACES ALONG THE 27, I WENT BACK TO SS DISCOUNT TIRE AND MAKE THE DEAL THEIR TO FIX MY CAR SINCE THEY CERTAINLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND THEIR ATTENTION WAS EXCELLENT. I END UP SAVING OVER $200,00 OF MY TOTAL BILL FOR ENGINE MOUNTS, NEW SHOCKS AND FIXING THE FRONT AXLE

My water hose was leaking so I took my van for it to be fixed. After waiting forever one of the workers tried to say that my power stearing hose was leaking slighty and that I should keep an eye on it. Needless to say that they broke the hose which they did end up fixing it.I will not go back again due to all the problems and days that they kept my van. They did do good work though no problems with what they did fix.
