Valwood School is a college preparatory school that serves students in grades prekindergarten through 12. Technology is an important part of the school. Students are introduced to technology from third grade and continue their technology studies through grade 12. The school is equipped with technology access via two computer labs and its libraries. The school has two libraries, the Corker Giles Library and Turner Library, is located in Foy Anderson Hall. The libraries have more than 11,500 volumes and 51 periodical subscriptions. It provides a well-rounded program of interscholastic athletics for all of its students. Opportunities for participation vary according to sport and level of competition. Valwood offers 14 different girls and boys varsity sports. It is accredited by the Georgia Independent School Association and the Southern Association of independent Schools. The school is located in Hahira, Ga.
