I have been battling Sprint since November 2016 with charges for a phone that I purchased on Black Friday - it was a FREE phone and they are still charging me $8 a month installment fees. Their customer service sucks. Each month I call and get a different reason why
I was here yesterday with my mom the guy who helped us was james he was by far the nicest sprint employee i have ever dealt with and we have been with sprint for 13 years. The manager there also was very nice both gentleman helped a great bit in finding the prefect phone for mom.
The Manager should be fired. He acts like he's doing you a favor by helping you. Now wonder why several others employees in that store have rude attitudes. I'm done with Sprint.
I went into the store yesterday and was BLOWN away by the GREAT service and GREAT people. The store Manager started helping me and took the time to find out what my family's needs were as far a cell phone plan was, and get this HE TOOK NOTES... By the time I left there he knew our names what my husband and I did and what all of our interests were. We had a cell phone plan and cell phones that were JUST FOR US, and to boot they even walk you to the door and hold the door for you when you leave,now who does that any more. I am going to be a long time customer. If I could give them more stars I would What an amazing place...
