This dealership is awful to deal with! We purchased what we were told was a 4WD Escape on a Saturday night. Sunday night we discovered that it was NOT at all 4WD. On Monday we returned the vehicle and told finance and used car management why we were returning the vehicle and how our salesman bold-face lied to us and told us it was 4WD. The used car manager talked to us and placed us with a different salesman. We spent several additional hours at the dealership while they tried to locate something comparable on the lot (which they couldn't) and then we were told that they would keep looking for us and one of them would be in contact with us in a few days. After a week of not hearing anything we called a few times but could never get either salesman or manager to answer the phone. We stopped in one evening while in the area and the manager didn't know who we were or why we were wondering if she found anything for us. Then her excuse was that it was the end of the month and they were really busy. After several more days we got on the website and sent a message to a member of senior management. The next day we had phone calls from both used and new car sales. I called the gentleman back who said he would help us going forward (new car). After a few days of phone tag we were finally in touch. He wanted to put us in a new vehicle. He expected us to lease a vehicle for almost $100 more per month than what our payment was on the vehicle we had purchased and returned. Then when I declined he told us the vehicle that I was looking for was very difficult to find and in high demand, blah blah blah and that he'd keep his eyes open for us etc. It was at this point that we decided three weeks of nothing was more than enough of this dealership. I'll never purchase another vehicle there! Their customer service is awful, and they do not care about their customers. If they did, they wouldn't be so worried about their commission, they would be more concerned with having and keeping a happy customer. BUYER BEWARE!
DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALER!!! MY MOTHER BOUGHT A VEHICLE FROM THEM, THEY PROVIDED HER WITH A "WE OWE YOU". IT TOOK THEM FOREVER TO GET THE VEHICLE WORKED ON AND AFTER TWO WEEKS THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS BACK ON WITH THE SAME DIAGNOSTIC CODE AND THEY ARE NOW GIVING HER THE RUN AROUND ABOUT GETTING IT FIXED. THEY ARE GETTING 1 STAR FROM ME ONLY BECAUSE I CAN'T SUBMIT WITHOUT A RATING.
I purchased a used 2006 F-250 on February 8, 2014. Immediately the vehicle began producing fumes which caused nausea, headaches, dizzyness, and burning of the eyes nose and throat when the heater was used. I was assured, via phone, that the vehicle was safe. Multiple efforts to contact upper management were unsuccessful. Service efforts to deal with the problem were minmal at best. It took six weeks to get someone to go on a ride with me. Even then the "repair" had no effect. Once, given a weeks notice, the vehicle was left for three working days and was not touched until I called at 5pm on the last day and asked that a previous method be tried again. Rarely was I called with a staus update.As of April 15, 2014 the issue is unresolved. It has been a week since someone has contacted me and my call today went unanswered. This is an extremely abreviated version of the issue.Across the board; sales, service, financing, and warranty implementation this dealership has failed. There cannot be a recommendation.
