Here you can see it’s on agricultural land. Would this be considered a privilege as Keith Gilbert previously mentioned or predatory?If a mechanic disassembles and rebuilds an engine more than one time in a repair, is their lack of trouble shooting skills, education and skills now the customer’s expense?A 50-mile test run?How can you describe anything done here as accurate?If you take someone’s sole source of transportation hostage for 3 months for a repair job that should last a week, how would this not affect their job stability? Would your boss keep you if you didn’t show up for 3 months?If a full blown custom-built SEMA car can be built from scratch in a week as seen on TV why would it take over 3 months to repair a truck?
I would never ever ever recommend anybody to go to Baltimore Mac and have a vehicle serviced or try to have a vehicle looked at for anything minor or major and definitely definitely do not deal with Nick Alexander and service he is the biggest jerk in clown in the garage

I usually go to Midas for my oil changes; however, a dash light came on and I wanted to get a diagnostic test run so I could give the results to my warranty company to see if whatever the findings were covered. Chris told me how much it would cost and how long it would take, I had an event that I had to go to and once my ride came Chris checked to see if he had a phone number to reach me. Around noon I get a call saying that my car was ready; however, the price changed from $40.00 to $282.00. No one called to say the diagnostic test revealed this problem, do you want us to fix, they worked on my car without my permission and violated my trust and then Barb the manager tried to justify after the fact. You cannot take it upon yourself and work on someone's vehicle that's against the law and then out of the blue my car starts leaking oil and jerking, and now my car's skid light keeps flashing because there is a problem with my EPC. I took the car back twice and they had the audacity to tell me take it to the dealer. Why when Midas did more harm than good by not following professional protocol. This is not acceptable. I will not return to this establishment and I want further legal action to be taken for my car to be repaired and a refund.
The company took our deposit and did not refund when we decided not to buy the vehicle. This company is not Accredited with the BBB. Don't let them fool you.

This dealership is awful to deal with! We purchased what we were told was a 4WD Escape on a Saturday night. Sunday night we discovered that it was NOT at all 4WD. On Monday we returned the vehicle and told finance and used car management why we were returning the vehicle and how our salesman bold-face lied to us and told us it was 4WD. The used car manager talked to us and placed us with a different salesman. We spent several additional hours at the dealership while they tried to locate something comparable on the lot (which they couldn't) and then we were told that they would keep looking for us and one of them would be in contact with us in a few days. After a week of not hearing anything we called a few times but could never get either salesman or manager to answer the phone. We stopped in one evening while in the area and the manager didn't know who we were or why we were wondering if she found anything for us. Then her excuse was that it was the end of the month and they were really busy. After several more days we got on the website and sent a message to a member of senior management. The next day we had phone calls from both used and new car sales. I called the gentleman back who said he would help us going forward (new car). After a few days of phone tag we were finally in touch. He wanted to put us in a new vehicle. He expected us to lease a vehicle for almost $100 more per month than what our payment was on the vehicle we had purchased and returned. Then when I declined he told us the vehicle that I was looking for was very difficult to find and in high demand, blah blah blah and that he'd keep his eyes open for us etc. It was at this point that we decided three weeks of nothing was more than enough of this dealership. I'll never purchase another vehicle there! Their customer service is awful, and they do not care about their customers. If they did, they wouldn't be so worried about their commission, they would be more concerned with having and keeping a happy customer. BUYER BEWARE!
