Been here during day,couldn't ask 4 anything better, this is my 3rd trip after 11p.m,the service has been horrible,waited 15 min twice,10 min once,never again after dark

My wife brought home a lg fry order that was half full,along with 20pc nugget, & sweet tea @11:30 p.m.fri 1/15/16,the reason for the 1 star is because not only is it against the law to smoke inside this establishment, there was an employee behind the counter smoking a cigarette .The lg fry orders are always half full when you order lg,
This Taco Bell is on my way home from work so I used to stop about once a week, however I will never go to this restaurant any longer. First of all the drive thru attendants are the most annoying by far, they tell you to "have a good day" and "it's been a pleasure" through the speaker then you pull up and there they are, please save this for when I'm pulling away from the window, it doesn't make any sense to say that through the speaker. There's a male worker who pretends to be Lisa and is very unprofessional. Once they put lettuce in my two year olds quesadilla and he chocked. And the diet mt dew has never tasted right. The Taco Bell up the road is leaps and bounds better. Please tear down this Taco Bell and build a chic fil a!
I went to Chekers in Hagerstown MD on Dual Hwy #3366 My 2 chilli dogs were missing chilli sonI called and Rubi was very professional she stated she would refund my money and apologized. The manager called me back and asked if we were the person who ordered 6 hot dogs I said yes my husband ordered them. He said I wouldnt be given a refund because my husband asked for only onions ketch and mustard I asked why would he order 2 chilli dogs w/o chilli. The receipt reflects 2 chilli dogs. The manager switches the story to say he was standing next to the cook and he remembers her putting chilli on both hot dogs. I couldnt believe how much he lacked integrity and would go so far o er $4. He insisted on treating us unfairly and degrading. I asked for the owners info he lied and said it was a corporate store and he managed 20 other locations. He chuckled alot and said contact BBB and call 1-800checkers. I found out the store owners are 3 guys and its franchised. I was so hurt that he treated us like that and how unprofessional he was. He laughed and said call BBB. I think I will. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE!!!!!! My husband is AA we were treated unfairly he made sure it was him to let us know we would not be receiving the normal fair service that we were not entitled to a refund not because of their policy but because my husband is AA and he felt we didnt deserve fair treatment. I will neved spend a dime here!
Manager on duty Carolyn was extremely rude. My onion rings were under-cooked and falling apart. It took me about 15-20 seconds to get her attention, saying, "Ma'am" a few times, she ignored me slamming things around and seeming generally annoyed. After finally getting her attention, I showed her the nasty rings, she gave me a nasty look in return. She huffed and puffed, and went back to slamming things then went out of view. She came back with a plate of better looking onion rings, and slammed it down on the counter. Upon returning back to my table, my family (3 other people) all told me their orders were wrong. I was NOT about to go back and deal with that manager again. I've sent in THREE complaints and each time requested to get a response on this issue, and have yet to receive any call or anything at all. This happened 10 days ago. Never going back here.
