I ordered a hot ham & cheese sub with my order, I waited an hour for the food and the hot ham & cheese was not in my order. I called the restaurant several times, and their phone was busy for 10 mins, then it finally got answered. The lady who answered said it was their mistake, it was never made, they would have it delivered to me. Order was delivered it was a steak and cheese sub with strimp. My daughter who is 10 started to eat it because she was hungry. I called again to have the right sub delivered, they wanted the steak and cheese back. I asked that my sub be free, was told they would have to ask the manager. The ham & cheese sub was finally delivered, and my daughter said it was gross. I will never order from them again.
I am 56 years of age I've eaten in restaurants all up and down the east coast I have never seen such rude customer service in all 56 years of my life not only did they not correct their mistake but they did not feel the need to at least give me my money back I will never eat at this place again if you are ever in hagerstown do not I repeat do not go to this establishment they will rip you off!!
DO NOT EAT HERE, MY 13 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER BIT DOWN ON A CHEWED OFF FINGER NAIL!! I ordered food last night for a friend of mine, myself and my daughter. The total was a litlte over $31.00 and with tip ended up being $35. They give you so much food that she and my friend had a lot of left overs today. When my daughter got home from school she heated up her food and after 3 bites, bit down on a fingernail inside the sauce of the general's TSO's chicken. She instantly started gagging and yelling for me. I called Charley's to tell them what had happened and ask for a reimbrusement of just that order and was told by the lady that answered the phone. "how do I know you didn't put that in there, if your daughter is sick by our food, go to the dr" "the customer is not always right and I will not reimburse you, you can talk to my manager" I asked to speak to the manager and she told me he was not there and that she didn't know his schedule or when he will be available and hung up the phone on me twice. I rarely ever call about a food order or to complain about food and the one time I do, this is how I was treated. I am Completely disgusted by how I was treated by this place and will NEVER order from them again. This place is absolutely disgusting from the food to it's employees!!
