I am so glad that Rita's is opening tomorrow! I can't wait. I have a large order that I am taking to Coffman 's to the wonderful therapists that worked with me on my shoulder !
Cindy was very disappointing today. My daughter did not receive the correct change for her order, innocent mistake by an employee. Told this $3 shortage to Cindy & she immediately questioned her employee. Employee admitted she forgot the $3. The employee was very apologetic. Next thing I know, Cindy took the cash drawer & took it in the back to confirm my daughter was owed $3. I was shocked that she discounted both her employee & my daughter & made us wait until the drawer was counted. Guess what, she was $3 over. When Cindy returned, I let her know that her behavior was not acceptable to me. She dismissed me by saying that she was sorry but it's too late & walked away! I was shocked that while I responded, she turned her back on me & continued walking away. I informed her I was not finished speaking to her. She continued by saying I'm sorry, I can't take it back! Her behavior was rude beyond belief for a store owner. She lost a good customer. Never again!
